Supported by commercial partner Sadorp, the new entity aims to replace fossil-based chemicals with sustainable, high-performance alternatives while streamlining the journey from laboratory development to retail store shelves.
Charles Dimmler, CEO of Holiferm, emphasized that the move accelerates the company’s trajectory toward profitability and strengthens its capacity to deliver novel ingredients. For Organica, the partnership marks a pivotal shift after 28 years of independent operation.
