The Dallas-based team is returning to the region after a hiatus, aiming to reconnect with local fans through a mobile experience that mirrors their national reputation. The menu for the excursion includes staples like the Maine, Connecticut, and Garlic Butter rolls, alongside the recently introduced Lobster Roll Flight, which allows patrons to sample all three variations. Beyond the rolls, the truck will serve lobster tacos, grilled cheese, New England clam chowder, and whoopie pies.

Running from September 9 through September 13, the tour brings the brand’s signature coastal menu to communities across the Permian Basin and the Panhandle.

The tour kicks off Wednesday, September 9, at HTeaO in Midland, followed by a stop at Lowe’s Home Improvement in Odessa on September 10. The truck then moves to Lubbock for two days: Friday, September 11, at HTeaO, and Saturday, September 12, at Two Docs Brewing Co. The journey concludes Sunday, September 13, at Pondaseta Brewing Co. in Amarillo. Customers can place orders directly at the truck or via the company’s mobile app throughout the five-day run.
