IDX Scales Global Operations Following 56% Revenue Surge

London-based agency IDX reported a 56% increase in first-half growth, prompting a rapid expansion of its international footprint and leadership team. With new offices opening from Geneva to Abu Dhabi, the firm is scaling its headcount by 20% to meet rising demand for data-driven corporate communications and investor relations.

To manage this momentum, IDX has appointed Clare Donald as Chief Production Officer, Danny Russell as Chief Customer Officer, and Paul Knight as Senior VP of Customer Success. The agency also established a Data & Insights Centre of Excellence in Geneva, signaling a shift toward evidence-based communications. This facility bolsters the company's proprietary technical tools, specifically SchemaWrite for digital content architecture and Eclipse, a backup system designed to prevent website outages.

Strategic partnerships with major global financial exchanges—including Deutsche Börse, the Toronto Stock Exchange, and the Bahrain Bourse—have further embedded IDX into the markets it serves. These alliances provide the firm with the proximity required to navigate complex regulatory and communication environments. As the industry pivots toward AI-driven search, the agency has introduced AEO audits to maintain client visibility.

Crispin Beale, Worldwide CEO of IDX, attributes the performance to a "Customers First" strategy that prioritizes measurable commercial outcomes. Having recently been named Best Large Agency at the National Digital Awards, the firm is now targeting a global workforce expansion of 250 new employees. Future growth plans center on deepening its presence in the Middle East and additional European markets.
