Enterprise marketing teams are currently facing a production bottleneck. According to a Knak study of 333 marketers, 85% reported missing at least one planned campaign launch last year due to coordination hurdles and approval delays. While AI has drastically accelerated content drafting, the final assembly of on-brand assets remains fragmented, often relying on disparate spreadsheets and unlinked tools. This pressure is intensifying as Juniper Research projects global business RCS messaging volume to surge from 125 billion in 2026 to over 485 billion by 2030.
Knak’s new Mobile Message Builder brings these mobile assets into a unified production line. By centralizing SMS and RCS alongside existing email and landing page workflows, the platform allows teams to apply shared brand guidelines and audit trails to every outgoing message. Brendan Farnand, co-founder and CCO at Knak, notes that mobile messaging has historically lacked the rigorous oversight applied to email, a deficit that RCS makes increasingly difficult to ignore. The tool includes features for simultaneous SMS and RCS creation, real-time previewing in light and dark modes, and automated governance checks for character limits and opt-out language.
