Tyler Leung Joins Brown Gibbons Lang to Lead Insurance and Construction Software

Scott Mattson, who leads the technology vertical at BGL, noted that Leung’s background in M&A and capital markets will prove critical as automation and AI reshape the insurance and construction sectors. Leung’s mandate focuses on establishing a dedicated practice to advise corporate and private equity clients through complex transactions, including leveraged buyouts and cross-border deals.

Prior to this appointment, Leung spent more than ten years at Rothschild & Co, where he was instrumental in developing the firm’s U.S. technology franchise and expanding its West Coast presence. A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, Leung joins BGL during a period of active growth for the independent investment bank, which maintains a global reach through its membership in the REACH Cross-Border M&A network.
