Rory Wilson has joined Cohen & Co as a partner to head the firm’s Forensic Services Group from its Philadelphia office. Bringing two decades of experience in financial investigations and regulatory compliance, Wilson joins the firm’s expanding advisory practice to oversee complex litigation support and corporate risk management initiatives.
Brian Ganser, partner in charge of advisory at Cohen & Co, noted that Wilson’s appointment is a strategic move to bolster the firm’s technology-enabled forensic capabilities. The practice aims to integrate advanced analytics with accounting expertise to provide clients with defensible conclusions during crisis response.
