Flex Unveils Axiom Solutions as Name for New Cloud Infrastructure Spin-Off
Flex has officially named its forthcoming cloud and power infrastructure business Axiom Solutions International, Inc., marking a major step toward its planned separation. The company filed a preliminary Form 10 registration statement with the SEC, setting the stage for the entity to trade on the Nasdaq under the ticker AXM.

Pending final board, shareholder, and Singapore High Court approvals, the separation is slated for completion in the first quarter of 2027. Further details regarding the strategic direction of both companies are scheduled to be presented at an Innovation Day event on November 10, 2026, in Austin, Texas. Upon finalization, Flex and Axiom will function as entirely independent, publicly traded entities.
