ReEmerge Raises $37 Million to Restore Brain Function After Injury
Traumatic brain injuries leave millions with lasting cognitive deficits, a condition traditionally managed through compensation rather than cure. Edina-based ReEmerge, Inc. is challenging this status quo, emerging from stealth today with $37 million in Series A funding to advance a technology designed to physically restore damaged neural networks.

This oversubscribed financing round was co-led by U.S. Venture Partners (USVP) and Santé, with additional backing from Oxford Science Enterprises, 415 Capital, IAG Capital Partners, The Vertical Group, and Dendrion Ventures. ReEmerge will utilize the capital to launch a multicenter clinical study (NCT07730099) involving up to 40 patients suffering from chronic moderate-to-severe TBI. CEO Todd Langevin noted that the investment signals strong confidence in the company’s ability to evolve the recovery trajectory from standard rehabilitation to active restoration of cognitive function.
