With the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics projecting an average of 68,000 annual job openings for trainers through 2035, the International Sports Sciences Association and Life Time have launched a guaranteed interview program. This initiative creates a direct hiring pathway for certified professionals to enter the rapidly expanding fitness market.
