TradeTrax Names Kevin Cunningham Chief Financial Officer
With over three decades of experience managing global financial operations for firms like Honeywell and GE Healthcare, Kevin Cunningham joins Scottsdale-based TradeTrax as CFO. He enters the role as the jobsite intelligence platform shifts from initial product validation to a nationwide scaling phase, aiming to optimize homebuilder margins.

CEO Henry Dziuba highlighted the necessity of Cunningham’s background in rigorous financial discipline as the company works to convert real-time construction site activity into actionable, AI-ready datasets. For his part, Cunningham views the move into residential construction as a critical transition for the industry, noting that builders must adopt data-driven models to remain competitive. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an Executive MBA from INSEAD.
