TGI Fridays Launches Three-Tiered Menu Strategy

TGI Fridays is betting on a tiered dining strategy to drive traffic, introducing the 3 For All menu that bundles an appetizer, entrée, and drink. Starting at $11.99, the initiative aims to balance affordability with the brand’s signature casual dining experience across three distinct price points.

The new menu structure allows guests to customize their meals by selecting from items like mozzarella sticks or broccoli cheddar soup, paired with entrées ranging from a classic cheeseburger to sliced steak frites. By offering price levels at $11.99, $13.99, and $16.99, the chain seeks to provide more variety while maintaining the appeal of a complete meal bundle. Customers also have the option to upgrade their beverage to a classic margarita or a Michelob Ultra for an additional fee.

Chief Executive Officer Ray Blanchette described the launch as a move to offer generous portions and premium options that retain the chain's identity. Beyond the food menu, the company is diversifying its beverage offerings through a partnership with Pantalones Tequila, co-founded by Matthew and Camila McConaughey. The resulting cocktail, dubbed Kick in the Pantalones, features organic blanco tequila, mango, and jalapeño. Participation and specific pricing for these new items will vary by location as the brand continues to manage its nearly 400 restaurants worldwide.
