Apu Pavithran, CEO and founder of Hexnode, noted that IT work is inherently cross-system, yet it currently relies on human intervention to connect identity, device management, and HR records. Synapse addresses this by creating a governed layer that links native tools like Hexnode UEM, XDR, and IdP with external integrations such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, and Microsoft Entra ID.

The system functions through specialist agents—Device, Identity, and Threat—that manage specific workflows. For instance, a single prompt to onboard a new employee triggers a sequence that spans identity creation, license assignment, and endpoint configuration. To ensure security, the platform operates under strict guardrails and requires human approval for high-stakes actions like device wipes or privilege changes. Every autonomous step is logged in an Execution Centre, allowing teams to bypass manual audits. Currently in an invite-only trial phase, the platform is set to expand its integration library in the coming months.
