Simplilearn and CMU Launch Advanced Program for Multi-Agent AI Systems
Nearly 74% of companies expect to integrate multi-agent AI systems into their operations within two years, prompting a new educational initiative. Simplilearn and Carnegie Mellon University’s School of Computer Science have unveiled an eight-week live online course focused on building reliable, LLM-powered applications for technical professionals.

Krishna Kumar, CEO of Simplilearn, noted that the industry is moving past simple AI experimentation into a phase requiring systems that deliver secure, measurable outcomes. The program mandates a background in Python and machine learning, targeting software engineers and technical leads who need to bridge the gap between theoretical AI models and production-ready enterprise tools. Students will complete hands-on assignments including red-teaming exercises and the development of AI-powered helpdesks, culminating in a verified digital certificate from Carnegie Mellon.
