Stéphane Malrait Joins Pluridio to Spearhead Global Expansion
Stéphane Malrait, a veteran of ING and JPMorgan with over three decades of experience in electronic trading and market structure, has joined Romanian fintech firm Pluridio as a strategic advisor. The appointment marks a calculated push by the company to sharpen its product positioning for international financial markets.

Beyond his corporate tenure, Malrait brings extensive industry influence, having chaired the ACI Financial Markets Association until 2025. He currently holds board-level positions at the UK Financial Conduct Authority and Quorum 15. Pluridio CEO Marius George Ionescu noted that the firm will rely on Malrait’s expertise to navigate the intersection of artificial intelligence, data architecture, and regulatory compliance as it scales its portfolio of sales intelligence and trading software across new global markets.
