Vimia Tech Debuts AI Platform for Scalable Global Video Localization

Hong Kong-based Vimia Tech Limited has launched Vosko AI, a production platform designed to automate video translation across 99 languages. By integrating voice cloning with emotion-preserving technology, the system enables creators and enterprises to adapt high-volume content while retaining the original speaker’s vocal characteristics and background soundscapes.

The platform addresses the logistical hurdles of multilingual expansion by allowing users to process up to 150 files in a single batch session. It supports long-form content, accepting files up to 200 minutes, which facilitates the localization of webinars, corporate training, and educational courses. Users can generate localized versions in eight target languages simultaneously from one source file, automating the transcription, translation, and rendering pipeline.

Beyond basic translation, the software distinguishes between multiple speakers in podcasts or interviews, assigning specific voice profiles to each participant to ensure consistency. According to CEO David Chu, the objective is to move beyond text-based translation by maintaining the nuances of tone and emotion that define a speaker’s delivery. Vosko AI is currently live, offering new users 200 credits to test the workflow for content ranging from social media clips to marketing campaigns.
