DarioHealth Secures New Jersey Contract Covering 1.5 Million Lives

DarioHealth has finalized a deal with one of New Jersey’s largest health plans, securing access to approximately 1.5 million covered lives. Facilitated through a strategic partnership with Amwell, the agreement marks a significant expansion of the company’s channel distribution strategy and is slated to begin generating revenue by early 2027.

The partnership provides a critical entry point into the self-funded employer market. As an administrative services only health plan, the customer will deploy Dario’s suite of cardiometabolic solutions, which includes management tools for diabetes, hypertension, and weight-related health needs. This contract follows similar successful arrangements in Arizona and Florida, reinforcing the company's shift toward leveraging channel partners to reach large payer populations rather than relying exclusively on direct sales.

Erez Raphael, CEO of Dario, noted that the scale offered by this agreement aligns with the company's long-term growth objectives. By integrating DarioIQ’s personalized engagement capabilities with provider-backed clinical care, the platform aims to deliver measurable value to employer groups. The program launch, scheduled for the first quarter of 2027, highlights the company's ongoing effort to consolidate multiple chronic condition management services into a single, scalable digital infrastructure.
