Michelin-Backed Bread Head Expands to Woodland Hills
The acclaimed sandwich shop founded by Michelin-starred chefs Alex Williams and Jordan Snyder will open its fourth location this December at Topanga Village. Replacing the former Veggie Grill, the new venue aims to anchor the community with house-baked bread, craft beer, and live sports broadcasts for local diners.
Beyond the Woodland Hills debut, the company maintains a rapid development schedule. Plans are already underway for a fifth location in Thousand Oaks, slated for a second-quarter 2027 opening. This growth trajectory follows critical success for the brand, including national recognition from The New York Times, which labeled their signature mozzarella sandwich one of the 26 best dishes in the United States.
