Each contender offers a distinct approach to the security challenges posed by the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence. 7AI focuses on equipping Security Operations Centers with autonomous AI agents, while Noma provides a governance framework to enforce AI safety policies. Runlayer rounds out the group with a security and observability platform designed to manage enterprise AI plugins and agents.
SINET Names 2026 Innovator Finalists and SINET16 Honorees
For the first time in its history, SINET has narrowed its annual cybersecurity competition to three finalists—7AI, Noma, and Runlayer—who will vie for the top Innovator title. The winner will be unveiled live on October 8 at SINETNew York following a final round of judging on October 7.
These three companies represent the pinnacle of the 2026 SINET16, a cohort chosen by a committee of 100 experts, including CISOs, government intelligence officials, and venture capitalists. SINET Founder and Chairman Robert Rodriguez noted that the program aims to cut through market noise, connecting early-stage developers with the buyers and investors necessary to scale their solutions. The remaining SINET16 honorees include firms such as Allure Security, Blackbird.AI, and Reality Defender, reflecting a broad industry commitment to addressing global cyber threats through specialized innovation.
