T3 Services Group Expands Mountain West Footprint via Element Acquisition
T3 Services Group has acquired Element Home Services, a move that brings four new branches under its umbrella across Arizona, Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming. This deal marks a significant expansion for the Austin-based firm, pushing its total portfolio to eight partner companies operating within seven states.
Joe Finney, CEO of T3 Services Group, noted that the acquisition aligns with the company's objective to grow alongside Mountain West communities. For his part, Element co-founder Jon Graham emphasized that the partnership provides the necessary resources to scale their service standards while maintaining the company's existing culture. T3 intends to leverage its expertise in artificial intelligence, operations, and business intelligence to support its latest partner’s next phase of development.
