In a guitar-pull showcase at The Novo, Lainey Wilson, Jelly Roll, and Lukas Nelson traded songs and stories to benefit the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. The intimate evening offered fans a rare glimpse into the camaraderie of country music’s current stars, culminating in a surprise appearance by John Mayer.

The Thursday night fundraiser highlighted the museum’s educational mission while celebrating the diverse lanes these artists occupy. Wilson acted as a gracious host, steering the night through personal anecdotes and hits, including a powerful rendition of "Save Me" alongside Jelly Roll. Nelson, meanwhile, showcased his technical prowess on guitar, performing tracks like "Find Yourself" and teaming up with Wilson for a tribute to Dolly Parton.

Jelly Roll provided the night’s levity, punctuating his set of songs about redemption and struggle with humorous asides about Wilson’s recent wedding and his own unconventional past. The atmosphere turned electric when Wilson brought out John Mayer for the live debut of their collaboration, "Phone, Keys, Wallet." The event also spotlighted the museum’s "Words & Music" program, featuring a performance by students from Manual Arts High School alongside songwriters Liz Rose and Phil Barton.

Since its inception in 2005 by Vince Gill, the All for the Hall concert series has become a vital revenue stream for the institution, raising over $8 million to support educational initiatives that reached 125,000 people last year. The evening served as a reminder of the genre's growth, with museum CEO Kyle Young noting that the artists of today are just as worthy of study as those who built the foundation of the craft.
