HNTB expands Capital Region footprint with new Arlington and Baltimore hubs

The Arlington flagship, located at 1812 North Moore Street in Rosslyn, and the expanded Inner Harbor office at 621 East Pratt Street in Baltimore house multidisciplinary teams focused on mobility and public-sector advisory services. According to Mike Voinis, senior vice president and Capital Region office leader, these strategic investments provide the environment necessary for staff to tackle evolving regional infrastructure demands.

Bryan Jones, president of the HNTB Mid-Atlantic Division, noted that the expansion reflects the intersection of public policy, economic opportunity, and infrastructure development. The firm’s local portfolio currently includes critical initiatives such as the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge, the I-95 Express Lanes Fredericksburg Extension, and Maryland’s Light Rail Modernization Program. These offices serve a diverse client base, including the Virginia and Maryland Departments of Transportation, the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
