Dublin Glenn secured the top honor in the 'Keep It Super Simple' category by integrating Tenera Care’s platform, which uses lightweight wearable devices to track resident movement and activity patterns. By monitoring shifts in mobility, sleep, and social engagement, the system allows clinical teams to identify health risks long before they escalate into emergencies.

Kelly Lambert, Executive Director of Dublin Glenn, noted that the platform provides a vital layer of insight, enabling staff to tailor responses to individual needs. Beyond preventing falls, the system’s ability to flag subtle behavioral changes recently allowed the clinical team to uncover a serious health issue and provide successful early intervention. Tenera Care CEO Stephen Fitzgerald emphasized that the technology succeeds by removing the need for cameras or manual data entry, ensuring that innovations solve operational challenges rather than creating new ones.
