Minneapolis-based alternative asset manager Proterra Investment Partners has reshaped its leadership structure, appointing Jennie Park as Head of Capital Formation and elevating Matt Coad to Head of Investor Solutions. These strategic hires signal an aggressive push to expand the firm’s global footprint within the specialized food and agribusiness sectors.
Matt Coad, meanwhile, transitions to the Head of Investor Solutions role to oversee client service, marketing, and communications. Having already played a significant part in the firm’s evolution, Coad will now work alongside Park to integrate capital formation efforts with long-term investor engagement. Proterra currently manages six core verticals ranging from sustainable agriculture to private credit, operating across four global offices with a team of 75 professionals.
