The platform integrates fragmented data streams—including ticketing, food and beverage, retail, and parking systems—into a unified environment. Unlike traditional automation, which relies on rigid, pre-programmed steps, this agentic approach begins with a specific objective. Users define a goal through conversation, and the platform selects the necessary tools, identifies relevant data, and executes multi-step analytical tasks without constant human oversight.
accesso Launches Agentic AI to Automate Visitor Attraction Operations
London-based accesso Technology Group has unveiled a suite of agentic AI capabilities designed to transform how visitor attractions manage complex data. By shifting from static reporting to autonomous workflows, the platform allows operators to delegate routine analysis, forecasting, and cross-departmental monitoring to an intelligent, conversation-driven system.

Angie Judge, Chief Data and Intelligence Officer at accesso, noted that the system allows staff to move away from manual data processing toward high-level decision-making. The new functionality introduces agentic skills for performance monitoring, automated scheduling for recurring reports, and adaptive forecasting that adjusts based on changing operational context. These capabilities are currently available to operators, with live demonstrations scheduled at the IAAPA Expo Europe in London.
