Consensus Hires Former Greenhouse CRO Sean Murray to Lead Growth

Sean Murray, the former CEO of Productiv who previously scaled revenue at Greenhouse and Salesloft, has joined Consensus as Chief Revenue Officer. His appointment arrives as the Atlanta-based demo platform pivots from simple tool-building to becoming an intelligence layer for enterprise software procurement.

Murray takes command of the company’s revenue organization following a period of rapid consolidation. Over the past six months, Consensus acquired Peel and Saleo, effectively merging AI-powered conversational demos with live, data-rich product environments. This integration aims to capture buyer signals across all stages of a deal, a strategy CEO Doug Johnson describes as pressing an advantage rather than fixing a broken process.

During his tenure at Greenhouse, Murray helped drive revenue from $40 million to over $200 million, while his time at Salesloft saw the business grow from $20 million to $60 million. At Consensus, he will oversee new business, partnerships, and expansion, focusing on turning engagement data into actionable intelligence. The company currently counts 60% of the world's largest software firms among its clients, including Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle, and was recently named a leader in G2’s new Agentic GTM Platforms category.
