Mindstream Energy Secures 24 Partners for 400 MW Jordan AI Campus
Mindstream Energy has finalized a 24-company ecosystem to support its Al-Risha development in Jordan, a planned 400-megawatt campus designed to bypass regional grid constraints. By utilizing on-site power generation and contracted natural gas, the project aims to bring its initial 70-megawatt phase online by the second quarter of 2027.
The development coalition spans seven critical sectors, including infrastructure engineering, semiconductor hardware, and financial risk management. According to Mark F. Thimmig, CEO of Mindstream Energy, the objective is to move from asset acquisition to operational reality within a compressed timeline. The company is already fielding inquiries from neocloud providers and strategic investors regarding the scalability of this model, suggesting that the Al-Risha site could serve as a blueprint for future energy-backed infrastructure projects across the Middle East.
