The expansion follows successful launches at Arbor Trails and West 38th Street, reinforcing the company's rapid growth strategy in the region. Patrons at the South Lamar site will have access to the chain’s signature menu, including the "Not So Fried" Chicken Sandwich and the seasonal GOAT Salad featuring Pink Lady Apples. The restaurant will operate daily from 10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Mendocino Farms Debuts Third Austin Location on South Lamar
Southern California-born chain Mendocino Farms is deepening its Texas roots with the launch of its third Austin restaurant. Located at 1100 South Lamar Boulevard, the new site officially opens its doors on September 22, marking the brand’s 102nd location nationwide and its 14th establishment across the state.
Alicia Mowder, Chief Marketing Officer, attributed the expansion to the local community's reception since the brand entered the Austin market in 2025. To mark the opening, the company is offering a free entrée to eClub members who designate the South Lamar location as their preference. Beyond daily operations, the branch is launching a community giveback program through December, pledging to return 50 percent of proceeds from qualifying fundraiser events to local schools and nonprofit organizations.
