The milestone follows the company’s expansion to over 10,000 members served and the release of its first comprehensive outcomes summary, marking a shift in how peer-led recovery services are measured.
Data from 10,110 members highlights the clinical complexity of the population, with 91% of participants carrying a substance use disorder diagnosis and 84% reporting co-occurring mental health challenges. Among those with initial moderate to severe depression, PHQ-9 scores dropped by 40%, while anxiety scores saw a 38% reduction. According to CEO Matt Serel, these findings serve as a baseline for evidence-based recovery management, filling a significant gap in published research regarding post-treatment care.
