The lowest approval rating among the group was 99.92%, underscoring a unified shareholder base regarding the company’s current strategic direction.

Beyond the board elections, the assembly confirmed the reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the corporation's auditors for the upcoming fiscal year. The firm received 99.94% of the votes in favor of the appointment, with remuneration terms to be finalized by the board.
