Strategic personnel changes are reshaping the wealth management and investment sectors, as Savills Investment Management, Etops, and Thriving Investments announce key appointments to drive capital growth, technological integration, and social-impact housing initiatives across international markets.
Savills Investment Management has tapped Alex Griffiths as global head of client capital. Formerly at AEW Europe, where she oversaw the raising of over €30 billion, Griffiths will now spearhead global capital strategy and investor relations for the firm.
In the technology sector, Etops is expanding its German presence by hiring Frank Gräsner and Helen Schönfelder. Gräsner, a financial services veteran with 25 years of experience, joins as senior director of strategic accounts, while Schönfelder transitions from Infront to serve as senior sales manager. Both will focus on scaling the firm’s wealth management platform among private banks and family offices.
Thriving Investments is bolstering its socially-conscious portfolio with two high-level appointments. Lydia Merry joins in September as director of investor relations and product, tasked with supporting the firm’s goal of managing 20,000 homes by 2034. Following in October, Annemarie Roberts will step into the role of managing director at ReSI Homes, where she will manage operations and regulatory performance for the firm's expanding residential portfolio.
