Beyond his executive duties, Pedersen manages board positions at Northern Ocean, Archer, and Arundo Analytics, offering expertise in fleet operations, digital transformation, and large-scale shipbuilding projects across East Asia.
Lars Pedersen Joins Paratus Energy Board as Dag Skindlo Departs
Dag Skindlo has resigned from the Paratus Energy Services board effective September 23, 2026, choosing to prioritize his executive responsibilities. His departure coincides with the immediate appointment of industry veteran Lars Pedersen, who brings over three decades of maritime leadership experience to the Bermuda-based energy firm.
Paratus Energy, which holds a 50% interest in the subsea services company Seagems, is currently focused on operations in Brazil where its fleet of six multi-purpose pipe-laying support vessels remains under contract. The company’s leadership transition is managed by CFO and Interim CEO Baton Haxhimehmedi.
