The expansion follows a rapid domestic growth phase for the California-based company, which has sold over 275 franchise territories in the United States since its 2026 launch. The Australian rollout, managed by Ben and Marie Doyle through their firm Fiducia, begins with a flagship site in Double Bay. Subsequent centers are planned for Melbourne and Brisbane to introduce the brand’s signature three-zone model: The Lab, The Apothecary, and The Playground.
Ultimate Longevity Center Eyes Australian Market for Global Expansion
Standing on stage at the Fortuna One Global Summit in Sydney, human biologist Gary Brecka revealed plans to bring the Ultimate Longevity Center franchise to Australia. The move marks a significant international pivot for the brand, which aims to establish 50 locations across the country starting in early 2027.

Anthony Geisler, CEO of Sequel Brands, cited the country's health-conscious demographic as a primary driver for the entry, noting the lack of existing category leaders at the neighborhood level. The partnership combines Brecka’s diagnostic-focused methodology with the operational scale of Sequel Brands. For the Doyles, who have spent two decades in property development, the pivot to health-focused commercial real estate represents a shift toward managing wellness-oriented infrastructure.
