Ryan Tetz Joins EventPipe to Lead Diversification Strategy
EventPipe is moving beyond its core business of youth sports housing as Ryan Tetz, formerly a senior executive at Cvent, steps into the role of Senior Vice President of Business Development to spearhead the company’s expansion into ticketing, payments, and sophisticated data analytics.
Tim Brown, CEO of EventPipe, noted that integrating payments and analytics capabilities allows the company to serve clients previously outside its reach. Tetz will debut his new capacity by meeting with event organizers and industry partners at the upcoming IMEX and TEAMS conferences this fall. The move signifies a broader shift for the cloud software provider as it seeks to scale its infrastructure beyond traditional hotel block management and into the wider event ecosystem.
