TAPFIN launches PartnerPX to standardize global workforce analytics

Suppliers and clients now have access to a unified performance dashboard through TAPFIN’s new platform, PartnerPX. By replacing fragmented, account-specific scorecards with a standardized, program-wide intelligence interface, the managed services provider aims to transition from reactive reporting to proactive, data-driven collaboration across its global workforce ecosystem.

The platform provides real-time visibility into critical metrics including hiring cycle times, workforce stability, and retention risk. By aligning all stakeholders—suppliers, clients, and TAPFIN—under a single set of benchmarks, the system fosters a common language for performance management. This shared transparency allows partners to identify emerging trends and operational bottlenecks before they impact delivery, shifting the focus from historical reviews to continuous improvement.

Early adopters, including Lancesoft, Rose International, and HireTalent, are already utilizing the subscription-based tool. According to Lancesoft CEO Anju Abel, the platform enables suppliers to view their performance across global programs holistically rather than in isolation, facilitating course correction before issues escalate. Jessica Malachowski, Head of Global Partnerships at TAPFIN, noted that the standardized data set is designed to deepen collaboration by providing suppliers with clear, actionable insights into their progress. TAPFIN plans to showcase the platform at the upcoming CWS event in Dallas starting September 28.
