Osen Hospitality Group to Open Two Dining Concepts at OCVIBE

Osen Urban Table will serve as a full-service destination in the district's Urban Park, designed to scale from casual lunches to evening dining. Simultaneously, the group will launch Osen Handroll within Katella Commons, a 50,000-square-foot market hall. These additions mark a significant move for Cho, who has built his reputation on contemporary Japanese cuisine since founding his flagship location in 2017.

Anthony Olheiser, Senior Vice President of Hospitality at OCVIBE, noted that these concepts are central to the district's strategy of curating a diverse culinary collection. The development, backed by a $5 billion commitment from the Samueli family, is slated to begin its phased opening in March 2027. Osen joins a growing roster of local talent, including collaborators such as Chef Roy Choi and the team behind Burritos La Palma, as Anaheim works to establish itself as a primary culinary hub in Southern California.
