HealthTech Partners Global Expands Portfolio and Opens Boston Hub

The new alliances bring TecnoBody’s Italian-engineered gait and balance systems—notably the Smart Gravity 3D platform—alongside Evolution Devices’ FDA-cleared EvoWalk neuromodulation technology into the HealthTech Partners Global (HTPG) ecosystem. By integrating these tools with their existing Fourier Robotics line, HTPG aims to provide a unified source for robotic upper and lower extremity rehab, dynamic body-weight support, and functional electrical stimulation.

CEO Allison Harris emphasized that the strategy focuses on making high-end, clinically validated equipment sustainable for healthcare providers. For providers, the shift simplifies procurement and training by consolidating diverse rehabilitation needs under a single commercial partner. This model extends recovery beyond the clinical setting, as EvoWalk technology allows patients to continue gait interventions at home.

To support this growth, the company has established a dedicated service operations hub in Greater Boston. This facility replaces the firm's previous reliance on the former DIH site in Norwell, Massachusetts, following that organization’s bankruptcy. According to COO Rusty Page, the new hub functions as the primary center for inventory management, parts storage, and technical maintenance, ensuring faster response times for rehabilitation hospitals and academic medical centers across North America.
