Josh Payne, founder and CEO of Nscale, described the raise as a critical step in scaling the firm's capacity to meet global demand for AI compute. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC served as the placement agent for the transaction. The list of participating investors highlights the intense market appetite for AI-native infrastructure, featuring firms such as Hudson Bay Capital, the Abu Dhabi Investment Council, and 8090 Industries alongside a broad group of institutional asset managers.
