Monteverde & Associates Launches Investigations Into Four Major Mergers

Class action attorney Juan Monteverde is scrutinizing four pending corporate transactions to determine if shareholder interests were prioritized during merger negotiations. His New York-based firm, Monteverde & Associates PC, has opened formal investigations into First Hawaiian, Indivior, Integer Holdings, and Lantheus Holdings regarding the fairness of their proposed deals.

Monteverde & Associates Launches Investigations Into Four Major Mergers

The firm is currently reviewing the merger between First Hawaiian, Inc. and TriCo Bancshares, which would leave First Hawaiian shareholders with approximately 65% of the combined entity. Simultaneously, attorneys are examining the Indivior Pharmaceuticals, Inc. deal with Supernus Pharmaceuticals, where Indivior stakeholders are set to control 56.5% of the resulting company.

Two cash-based acquisitions are also under the firm's microscope. Integer Holdings Corporation shareholders are slated to receive $127.00 per share in their sale to KKR. Meanwhile, the Lantheus Holdings, Inc. agreement with Curium US Holdings LLC offers $102.50 per share, alongside non-transferable contingent value rights worth up to $12.00, provided specific commercial milestones are met through 2030. Monteverde & Associates, recognized in the 2025 ISS Securities Class Action Services Report, invites shareholders of these companies to review the terms of these transactions for potential legal concerns.
