KeyBank Appoints Drue Anderson as Retail Banking Lead
After a quarter-century career managing consumer operations at JPMorgan Chase and Citibank, Drue Anderson is joining KeyBank to oversee its retail division. He replaces outgoing executive Kevin Sloan, who will remain with the Cleveland-based firm through the end of 2026 to facilitate a transition in leadership.
Victor Alexander, Head of Consumer Banking at KeyBank, noted that Anderson’s background in branch-level operations and digital banking makes him the right choice for the bank's next growth phase. Sloan’s departure marks the end of his multi-year tenure, during which he helped stabilize the firm’s retail presence. KeyBank currently manages approximately $191 billion in assets and operates a network spanning 15 states.
