The company’s growth trajectory relies on a core infrastructure model rather than an all-in-one approach. While competitors attempt to absorb every adjacent HR workflow, Multiplier maintains a lean, specialized stack that integrates with systems like Workday and SAP SuccessFactors. This focus has yielded an 80% year-over-year growth rate and a 115% Net Revenue Retention, proving that clients prioritize stability in cross-border money movement over bundled software suites.
Multiplier Hits $100 Million ARR with Global Labor Infrastructure
Six years after its founding, the global hiring platform Multiplier has surpassed $100 million in Annual Recurring Revenue, challenging the industry trend toward broad, shallow HR tools. Instead, the company is betting on a depth-first strategy, managing complex international compliance and payroll to secure its place in the market.

North America now serves as the primary engine for this expansion, contributing 60% of total revenue. Despite the firm’s origins in Singapore, U.S.-based companies accounted for nearly half of all expansion during late 2025 and early 2026. This shift underscores a growing demand for reliable tools that navigate local regulatory hurdles. Currently, the platform processes $1.81 billion in annual payroll, with a significant portion of income derived from services beyond its flagship Employer of Record offering. CEO Sagar Khatri describes the platform as a unified exchange for global labor, intended to make hiring across 160 countries feel as seamless as local recruitment.
