Two decades after launching their first West Hollywood office, the founders of LaserAway have opened their 234th location in West Palm Beach, Florida. The milestone underscores a period of uninterrupted growth for the aesthetic dermatology brand, which has avoided the franchise model entirely since its inception in 2006.
CEO Scott Heckmann credits the brand’s longevity to a focus on balancing medical precision with accessibility. The clinical team, overseen by Chief Medical Officer Dr. Will Kirby, includes more than 25 board-certified dermatologists and a staff of 700 nurses. The West Palm Beach location will offer the company’s standard menu of services, ranging from laser hair removal and Botox to body contouring treatments like CoolSculpting and Thermage. By keeping operations in-house rather than franchising, the leadership aims to maintain uniform safety standards as they continue to scale their footprint.
