The deal, priced at a fixed 9.95% interest rate, leverages the company’s existing book of customer contracts as collateral. Sharon AI Secures $356 Million Debt Facility for GPU Expansion
Australian Neocloud provider Sharon AI has finalized a US$356 million senior secured debt facility, marking a pivot toward asset-backed financing to accelerate its regional growth. The capital, provided by a syndicate including Goldman Sachs, will fund the acquisition of over 68,000 NVIDIA GPUs by mid-2027.

With a total contract value of US$8.8 billion already on the books, the company intends to use this new liquidity to scale its gigawatt-scale AI compute capacity. Jarden Australia served as the sole financial advisor for the transaction, which represents the first in a planned series of GPU-focused financings designed to bolster the firm’s balance sheet and improve long-term shareholder returns.
