The expansion follows LandGate’s June 2026 acquisition by Wood Mackenzie and targets key hubs where infrastructure constraints are redefining development strategies. In the United Kingdom, the platform monitors over 500 facilities, capturing a landscape currently facing 70 GW in power connection requests. Across Germany, the data reflects the impact of the EnEfG Act, which mandates stringent power usage effectiveness standards for new builds. Other tracked regions include France, where massive capital investments drive growth, and Ireland, where data centers accounted for 21% of national power consumption in 2023.
LandGate Extends AI-Ready Infrastructure Mapping to European Markets
With power density demands surging under the weight of AI workloads, LandGate has expanded its spatial intelligence platform to map over 2,100 data centers across ten European nations. The update integrates site-level energy metrics and regulatory tracking into a unified global dataset for developers and energy procurement professionals.

Yoann Hispa, CEO of LandGate, noted that the platform provides a singular interface for evaluating land, power, connectivity, and permitting requirements. Users can access these insights through interactive GIS maps, API integrations, or direct data exports. By combining this new European coverage with existing US and international data, the platform now provides visibility into more than 10,000 global facilities, supporting capital allocation in an increasingly complex digital infrastructure market.
