The acquisition integrates FM360’s team directly into Limble’s infrastructure, allowing the maintenance platform to offer deeper implementation, custom integration, and program assessment. Rather than relying solely on software, Limble CEO Gary Specter noted that the move addresses a critical need for standardized operations and strategic guidance among growing enterprise clients. The FM360 staff, based in Charlotte, will continue existing support engagements while scaling their expertise across Limble’s global user base of over 3,500 customers.
