Quaker Houghton Finalizes $550 Million Debt Refinancing
Conshohocken-based industrial fluids manufacturer Quaker Houghton has successfully closed a $550 million Term Loan B facility, marking a strategic shift in its capital structure. The move extends the company’s debt maturity profile to October 2033 while maintaining a leverage-neutral position for ongoing growth initiatives.
CEO Joseph Berquist noted that the refinancing provides greater financial flexibility, allowing the firm to prioritize strategic growth while reducing required annual debt payments. The company maintains a global footprint across more than 25 countries, serving specialized sectors ranging from automotive and aerospace to steel and mining. This move aims to solidify the company's long-term liquidity as it continues to navigate broader macroeconomic pressures.
