The project integrates Grade A office space into a broader environment that includes luxury hospitality, golf facilities, and residential zones. Acting CEO Ahmed Al Massan noted that the modern workplace now requires more than physical infrastructure, emphasizing the importance of connectivity and proximity to amenities for both employees and clients. Al Mouj Muscat Launches Business Hub as First Offices Change Hands
Four of eight buildings at Al Mouj Business Park have been handed over to owners, marking a shift for the Muscat oceanfront destination as it transitions from a residential and leisure hub to a functional commercial district. The 39,000-square-meter development is already fully sold to prospective occupants.

Strategically located, the site sits ten minutes from Muscat International Airport and within easy reach of the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre. With the St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort and the upcoming Okura Resort nearby, the development aims to blend professional utility with the leisure-focused lifestyle that has defined the area for two decades. As owners begin fitting out their interiors, the site moves toward becoming a fully operational business community that currently serves over 8,000 residents and welcomes four million annual visitors.
