Ericsson spent 872.2 million SEK to acquire 9.37 million of its own Class B shares between September 28 and October 2, 2026. Executed through Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE on Nasdaq Stockholm, these transactions represent the latest phase of a broader 15 billion SEK capital return initiative running through next March.

Following these transactions, Ericsson’s treasury holdings have risen to 117,888,663 Class B shares. The company maintains a total share count of 3,371,351,735, comprising both Class A and Class B instruments. All purchases were conducted in compliance with the European Union’s Market Abuse Regulation and the associated Safe Harbour provisions, ensuring transparency in the ongoing market intervention.
