The inclusion underscores Cerillion's move to embed AI assistants and agents into operational workflows, moving away from isolated experiments toward governed, practical use cases. By utilizing a model-agnostic architecture, the company allows telecommunications providers to apply AI across the entire lifecycle of a product, from creation and sales to charging and billing.
Cerillion Secures Spot in 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for CSP AI Solutions
London-based Cerillion has been named in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for CSP AI-Enabled Marketing and Sales Solutions, marking a shift in the telecommunications software provider's trajectory. The recognition highlights the company’s integration of artificial intelligence directly into its established BSS and OSS product suites.

Central to this approach is the firm's AI Management Centre, which provides centralized governance for model usage, and its MCP Server, which facilitates controlled access to systems via Progressive Discovery. According to CEO Louis Hall, the recognition validates the company’s commitment to weaving intelligence into the core operational systems that providers rely on daily. Chief Product Officer Brian Coombs noted that the strategy prioritizes open standards and data control, enabling clients to scale their AI adoption at their own pace. Alongside the Magic Quadrant, Cerillion has also been included in Gartner’s Critical Capabilities report, which assesses vendors across four distinct marketing and sales scenarios.
