Baram joins the organization with nearly three decades of experience in the consumer goods sector, including previous tenures as CEO at several private equity-backed firms. Most recently, he led the tabletop brand Lenox and held a senior executive role at HITRUST. From his new base in Los Angeles, he will report directly to Nicola Serafin, Group General Manager of De'Longhi.
Steve Baram Named CEO of Capital Brands
Consumer products veteran Steve Baram has taken the helm at Capital Brands, the Los Angeles-based company behind the Nutribullet and Magic Bullet lines. His appointment, which became effective September 21, positions him to steer the appliance manufacturer under the broader ownership of the De'Longhi Group.

Serafin highlighted Baram’s background in high-growth management and retail partnerships as key drivers for the company’s future expansion. For his part, Baram signaled an intention to lean into the brand's core mission of simplifying healthy nutrition for a global customer base. The transition arrives as the De'Longhi Group continues to integrate its portfolio of household appliances, which includes brands like Kenwood, Braun, and Ariete, following a 2025 fiscal year that saw the group generate €3.8 billion in revenue.
