Seven locations within the Heart to Heart Hospice network have secured the 2026 Hospice CAHPS Honors award, a designation recognizing superior patient and caregiver support. The Evansville, Indiana program distinguished itself further by achieving the program's highest tier, the Elite status, reflecting exceptional performance across all measured quality indicators.
Kelly Mitchell, founder and CEO, attributed the achievement to the consistent dedication of regional teams. The CAHPS Honors program serves as a benchmark for hospice providers, focusing on the patient experience and care quality. Heart to Heart Hospice, established in 2003, remains one of the largest private hospice providers in the country, operating across four states.
